Meet Debbie

I was a Professor at The Ohio State University for 35 years and a prominent member of the Comprehensive Cancer Center and Medical School. While there, I served in many leadership roles, learned how to negotiate with anyone, and found many ways to connect with people of all ages and professions. My relationships with faculty, undergrad, grad, and professional students have kept me active, engaged across generations, and kept me up-to-date with the latest technologies. Early on, my social circle was dominated by architects, and it left me with a love of buildings and spaces and how to transform them. My biggest hobby was looking for ways to make significant changes in a home on a budget. I have now merged that interest in homes with my people skills to become successful in real estate.

 

I am an award-winning agent and have gained the highest accolades from first-time home buyers to those who have bought and sold many homes. I pride myself on customer service and constant communication. My attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, superior knowledge of the local real estate market, extensive database, use of data to inform price positioning, and availability of the best marketing tools have enabled me to sell most homes in less than 14 days. Many of my buying clients are professionals moving to Columbus from outside the state. I provide them with area knowledge, market realities, individually tailor home searches, and work tirelessly to locate, price, and secure a home in a highly competitive environment. My goal is to exceed expectations from pre-contract to post-closing.
